I woke up one morning to a phone call from a lawyer asking me why I wasn’t in court. My ex-wife had secretly filed a petition to remove my daughter to another state hundreds of miles away. I was in a panic! Mrs. Vahey took the time to explain to me the steps I needed to take, spoke to the other lawyer, AND had my case postponed, all in one day! Although she wasn’t practicing in cook county at the time, she referred me to a law firm who helped me maintain my daughter’s residency in Illinois until she graduated high school. I cannot recommend this law firm enough!

Mrs. Vahey was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided sound legal advice. She is well connected to the law community and is able to make solid referrals to lawyers that practice outside the realm of family law. Very professional. Highly recommend.
